# PNL

Vamos a configurar ahora la parte inteligente del bot, la PNL (inteligencia artificial). Definimos la PNL[ en esta sección aquí](/definiciones.md), en caso de que estés perdido.

Durante una conversación, cuando el usuario no hace clic en los botones o tarjetas, pero escribe algo y envía al bot, el bot procesa el mensaje para que pueda comprender la intención del usuario y realizar una acción de acuerdo con esa intención.

Pero antes de explicar mejor cómo el bot trata estas intenciones, primero vamos a explicar qué es Entidad.
